To arrange an airport to hotel transfer on our complimentary airport shuttle bus, guests can call hotel reception on 03 9933 5111 to request a shuttle transfer and proceed to the shuttle bus pick up point, located between terminals T1 and T2. The pick up point is located between terminals T1 and T2, simply cross one pedestrian crossing to the third lane and wait in front of the bus shelter marked ‘Hotels and Off Airport Parking Buses’ (brown signage). Look out for a green and white Holiday Inn van.
Hotel to Airport Transfers
Guests can simply pick up any phone within the hotel and dial our friendly reception staff on extension #9 to arrange a free hotel to airport transfer. The drop off point is located between terminals T1 and T2 at the special designated area for ‘Hotels and Off Airport Parking Buses’.
