Our complimentary airport pick-up service operates 24 hours a day.
Once you have collected your luggage, please go to the Hotel & Off Airport Buses pick up area (which has brown signage) between T1 & T2.
When you arrive at the bus stop, call(03) 9933 5111 and our team will arrange your shuttle collection. If you are unable to reach the hotel, please contact our Duty Manager on +61 404 010 715.
Please look for the white Holiday Inn shuttle displaying the green “H” logo.

Airport to Hotel Transfers
To arrange an airport to hotel transfer on our airport shuttle bus, guests can call hotel reception on +613 9933 5111 or our Duty Manager via WhatsApp on +61 404 010 715 to request a shuttle transfer and proceed to the shuttle bus pick up point, located between terminals T1 and T2. The pick up point is located between terminals T1 and T2, simply cross one pedestrian crossing to the third lane and wait in front of the bus shelter marked ‘Hotels and Off Airport Parking Buses’ (brown signage). Look out for a green and white Holiday Inn van.
Hotel to Airport Transfers
Guests can simply pick up any phone within the hotel and dial our friendly reception staff on extension #9 to arrange a hotel to airport transfer. The drop off point is located between terminals T1 and T2 at the special designated area for ‘Hotels and Off Airport Parking Buses’.
