Local Wine & Food at Its Best
For a fun family day out, head to the Sunbury Wine & Food Festival. An annual event, the Sunbury Wine & Food Festival will be held on the 26th of October 2014 at at Living Legends, 207 Oaklands Road, Greenvale.
Tickets are just for $20 per adult (plus booking fee). Children under 16 admitted free.
Sunbury Wine & Food Festival
Featuring wines from the Sunbury and District Wine Regions, wine tastings are available throughout the day, along with delicious food from local producers and restaurants. Enjoy music from the talented Lisa Edwards, who has performed with some of Australia’s most well-known performers including John Farnham and Kylie Minogue.
A favourite event amongst locals, the festival is held every year and attracts people from all over Melbourne and regional Victoria.

The Sunbury Wine Region is located north-west of Melbourne and is one of the closest wine regions to Melbourne. While at the festival be sure to try the Shiraz and Chardonnay varieties in which this wine region is best known for.
Living Legends
This year the Sunbury Wine & Food Festival will be held at Living Legends where you can meet retired champion race horses including Melbourne Cup winners Rogan Josh and Might and Power.
Living Legends is based at Woodlands Homestead in Woodlands Historic Park, just six minutes from the airport. Explore their magnificent heritage gardens and you might even see a few wild kangaroos in the surrounding natural bushland.
