Just 6 km from Melbourne’s CBD, you can find cute little penguins at St. Kilda Breakwater located at the end of St. Kilda pier. Enjoy watching penguins standing on rocks and crossing from one side to the other. Pictures are permitted, with no flash. The best time to catch the little penguins is 30 minutes after sunset. The best viewing spot to see the penguins is form the boardwalk so make sure to get there early to secure the best spot.  Make this a family day trip, your children won’t forget!
